FAQs

Sylvanor is a non-spot trading factory specializing in providing one-stop integrated supply chain services in China for global brands. With outdoor products as its core strength, it offers a full range of services including product sourcing, OEM/ODM manufacturing, white-label customization, new product development, end-to-end quality control, and cross-border delivery. Below are frequently asked questions from clients, clearly answering core issues in cooperation.

A: No, there is no fixed MOQ. We leverage our integrated, high-quality supply chain factory resources to flexibly determine the MOQ based on product category, process complexity, and customization difficulty. For our core outdoor product categories, including established models, the basic MOQ is friendly. For niche categories, products with special processes, and entirely new customized products, the MOQ will be adjusted reasonably based on production costs and material losses, supporting trial orders for small and medium-sized brands and bulk orders for large brands.

A: We support compliant small-batch trial orders, providing trial order solutions specifically for new brands, new product testing, and market research clients. After clients complete the trial order and confirm product quality and compatibility, for subsequent long-term bulk repurchase orders, we can negotiate a lower exclusive MOQ threshold based on the cooperation volume and order frequency, offering long-term cooperation preferential policies.

A: We support all types of sample services, mainly divided into four categories: in-stock reference samples, custom-made samples, pre-production confirmation samples, and outgoing inspection samples. In-stock reference samples are used by customers to initially confirm the product’s texture, material, and workmanship; custom-made samples are exclusively produced according to customer design, parameters, and logo requirements; pre-production samples are the final confirmed version before mass production, ensuring zero deviation in the bulk order.

A: For general in-stock reference samples, only basic express delivery fees are charged; there is no sample fee. For customized sampling and mold-making, a reasonable sampling fee will be charged based on the process, material, and labor costs. This sampling fee can be deducted from the payment for subsequent bulk orders. The standard sample lead time is 7-10 working days; for complex processes and entirely new mold-making samples, it is 10-15 working days. Orders with urgent customer needs can be prioritized.

A: We provide a complete shipment inspection report, detailed product photos, and a full-box packaging video free of charge before all orders are shipped. The report includes detailed product parameters, inspection standards, and sampling results. Customers can arrange for a third-party inspection agency to conduct on-site inspections. We fully cooperate with the inspection process to ensure a high pass rate.

A: The complete customization process includes: requirements communication → solution quotation → sample making → sample confirmation → contract signing → mass production → quality control inspection → cross-border shipment. Clients only need to provide basic requirements. Design drawings, reference samples, and functional requirement documents can be provided simultaneously. If complete information is unavailable, our R&D team can assist in refining the solution.

A: Private label (own brand) customization covers the entire product packaging system, including product logo silkscreen printing, woven labels, hang tags, care labels, outer packaging boxes, express labels, and other comprehensive brand customization. It supports various mainstream processes such as offset printing, embroidery, hot stamping (gold/silver), UV printing, laser engraving, and heat transfer printing, and can match the optimal process solution according to the product material and brand image.

A: There are no additional hidden requirements. Standard logo layout and simple format adjustments are free. There are no mold-making fees for general custom logo designs. Only special irregular logos and exclusive custom molds will incur a one-time mold-making fee. After the mold is made, it belongs exclusively to the customer, and no further fees are required for subsequent purchases.

A: For white-label minor adjustments and regular mature product orders: production will be completed within 7-15 working days after sample confirmation and deposit payment; for regular OEM simple customization orders: 15-25 working days; for ODM new R&D, special process, and mold-made customization orders: 25-40 working days. Specific lead times will be accurately reported in advance based on order volume and process complexity.

A: We fully support OEM manufacturing, ODM original R&D customization, and white-label standardized customization. OEM Model: Customers provide design schemes, product parameters, and functional requirements; we are responsible for production. ODM Model: We provide customers with a one-stop service including product design, functional optimization, structural upgrades, and original new product development. White-label Customization: We provide mature generic mold products and support minor adjustments to appearance and details.

A: With mature cross‑border supply chain, our products support CE, RoHS, REACH, ASTM, EN, ISO, BSCI, meeting market‑access requirements for Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Australia and more.

A: We implement a closed-loop quality control system covering five core stages: raw material incoming inspection → first article confirmation → mid-process inspection → finished product full inspection → outgoing random inspection. For outdoor products with special properties such as high abrasion resistance, high waterproofness, and anti-aging properties, we add additional specialized performance tests to eliminate defective and substandard products from the source.

What should I do if there are quality issues after receiving the goods?

A: We support DDP and DDU door-to-door one-stop cross-border delivery services, providing a full range of services including customs declaration, clearance, document preparation, and logistics tracking, saving customers from cumbersome cross-border operations. We can also assist customers with tariffs, customs clearance document filing, and other related matters, enabling direct delivery from the factory to overseas warehouses/stores.

A: Logistics costs are accurately calculated based on order volume, weight, destination, and delivery time. Pricing is transparent and there are no markups.
